Stone Replacement

A missing or broken stone is no issue for our master jewelers.

Our professional jewelers can replace the stones in any type of setting - solitaires, three-stone rings, tension settings, channel settings, bezel settings, or pave. We also set loose gemstones in the mounting of your choice.

All stones need a little maintenance from time to time. To make sure we keep them tight and properly cared for, the first, and most important, step is routine scheduled maintenance and inspection. Sometimes in the course of the inspection we find that a stone might be chipped, abraded, or loose. The most common stone related repair is tightening of the prong or metal that is holding the stone. Daily worn pieces should be inspected at least once or twice a year, depending on the design and how much wear the item sees.
