Master jeweler Rick Terry and his team are dedicated to crafting the one-of-a-kind jewelry of your dreams, as well as repairing your favorite jewelry — all while achieving the highest levels of craftsmanship and customer satisfaction. To make this possible, we only work with the finest quality gold and gemstones, and all designs and repairs are done in-house, by our Knoxville, Tennessee-based team.

Meet Rick Terry

With over 30 years behind the showcases and at the bench — repairing, creating, and designing jewelry — Rick is now a master craftsman/artisan and owner of Rick Terry Jewelry Designs.

Rick attended Clinton high school and graduated in 1977, and in 1980 he also married his high school sweetheart Patty. In 1981, a chance to train as a jeweler was presented to Rick, this opportunity began Rick’s career in the jewelry industry and enabled him to eventually move to Knoxville and open his first jewelry store, The Goldmaster, with his father in 1986. After setting out as a jewelry designer and business on his own in 1997 he opened Rick Terry Jewelry Designs. Years later, the Terry family became third-generation jewelers when Rick’s two sons, Blake and Matthew, joined the family jewelry business. His wife, Patty, works the bookkeeping and accounting every afternoon for the store. The family has operated retail jewelry stores in Knoxville for over 25 years, selling only the finest diamonds and gemstones set in gold and silver.
