What is a refurbish?

Refurbishing jewelry is the same as bringing the item back to it’s originally glory and ensuring that the material and stones are secure for continuous wear.

The Process:

When our master jewelers refurbish your items, they first ensure that all stones in the mounting or setting are secure, then we proceed to clean to remove dirt and buildup, re-polish to remove scratches and in some cases re-rhodium the metal material.

What qualifies an item for a refurbish?

In most cases, if your jewelry has not been cleaned or checked in over a year your item is most likely due for a refurbish. Most importantly if your notice loose stones or many scratches in the metal portion of your jewelry piece.
